Our Story
Total Business Communications, Inc (TBCI) was started in 1984 by Michael D. Peterman and Gary R. Disinger. TBCI was started by these former employees’ of ROLM Colorado and provided ROLM with trained contractors with hardware and software knowledge of their products. TBCI was able to provide turnkey solutions to ROLM and provide them with a company willing to work exclusively for them.
TBCI evolved from that single customer to many more and brought forth many new products and experienced employees to where we are today. Providing our customers with full Telco resources that will be able to keep customers fully engaged with their specific solution to stay on top of their technological needs is one of our top priorities.
We currently have two VOIP platforms that we feel provide customers with the most comprehensive unified communications features available today. With the Siemens and Samsung product lines we have the products for our customers with as few as five users up to over 1000.
TBCI has been designing and installing structured cabling systems for our customers for over 20 years.
Surveillance is an area we have recently ventured into and have had good success with installing GE, Pelco, and Speco camera DVR systems to help our customers meet their security needs.
TBCI has a GSA contract and is new to contracting with the Government.
